Agreement to terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Underground Index is a sole proprietorship operated by Salvatore Rizzo. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use this site.
Use of this website
This site is provided for individuals researching or applying for Underground Index's services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to scrape, copy, or misuse its content, or attempt to interfere with how it functions.
Intellectual property
The design, layout, copy, and branding on this site belong to Underground Index. Client names, logos, and testimonials appear with permission and remain the property of their respective businesses.
Applying for a free audit
Submitting the application form is a request for a free audit, not a service agreement, and not a guarantee of acceptance. Underground Index works with one client per market and evaluates every application on that basis. We'll let you know either way.
Client services
If you become a client, the actual scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and payment terms are set out in a separate written month-to-month service agreement between you and Underground Index. These website terms govern use of the site itself, not that engagement.
Billing and refunds
Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Because there's no advance payment covering future months, there's generally nothing to refund beyond the current billing period. Specific billing terms, and any refund provisions that apply to your engagement, are set out in your individual service agreement.
Third-party links
This site links to the live websites of current and past clients as part of our case studies, along with a few third-party tools we use (like our application form). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or availability.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Underground Index isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
