Invoices must be paid before work begins (unless otherwise discussed). Late payments may delay delivery. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. If you're not happy I WILL work with you though.

3. No Guarantees

We don’t guarantee results overnight. We work our asses off and deliver measurable progress — but algorithms, trends, and audience behavior are out of our control.

4. Content Usage

All designs, strategies, or deliverables are the intellectual property of Underground Index until paid in full. You may not reuse, resell, or redistribute our work without permission.

5. Your Responsibility

You’re responsible for providing accurate info, timely feedback, and any needed materials. We can’t build magic if we’re chasing ghosts.

6. Communication

We believe in clear, open communication. Ghosting or excessive scope creep may result in project termination.

7. Legal Stuff

We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services. Basically: don’t sue us because your cousin’s cousin clicked the wrong link.
